GRUESOME KILLING OF TWO TRADITIONAL RULERS - CONDOLENCES TO EKITI PEOPLE.

Good people of Ekiti Parapo UK.

It is with deep sadness that we received the barbaric attack on three traditional rulers that instantly claimed the lives of the Elesun of Esun-Ekiti, Oba David Babatunde Ogunsakin and Onijomo of Imojo Ekiti, Oba Olatunde Samuel olusola.

The late Royal fathers were travelling in company of the Alara of Ara Ekiti, Oba Adebayo Fatoba who drove their car. It was reported that Alara narrowly escaped death.

On behalf of all members of Ekiti Parapo UK, I hereby send my sincere condolences to Governor Biodun Oyebanji, entire people of the Ekiti State and particularly the families of the deceased Royal fathers and their towns.

It is an extremely sad situation to see Nigerians being terrorised by criminals in our own country today.

I do not think anyone is safe in Nigeria and I will like to call on President Ahmed Tinubu to urgently embark on massive recruitment of young Nigerians who are ready to join the military. Nigeria must give the military the necessary ammunition to fight perpetrators of ongoing gruesome killings and kidnapping across Nigeria.

This will be part of our general meeting discussion in February 2024. The time to keep quiet and observe everything going this way is over. Lets our people be involved now that the security agencies are obviously too weak to secure Nigeria.
