The distinguished visit brought together members of the Executive Council (EXCO) and other members of Ekiti Parapo UK for an engaging and productive exchange of ideas focused on the future development of Ekiti State.

Welcoming the esteemed guest, the President of Ekiti Parapo UK, Comrade Olamide Idowu, expressed heartfelt appreciation for Hon. Ojos presence, describing the visit as both timely and inspiring.

"Your presence with us was a great honour. We truly enjoyed your time with the EXCO and members of our organisation. Your visit has greatly encouraged our people who remain committed to giving back to our beloved State," he said.

The President also acknowledged Hon. Ojos generosity and support towards the organisation, offering prayers and words of gratitude in Yoruba, reflecting the strong cultural values and appreciation shared by the Ekiti community.

A major highlight of the visit was the rich and intellectually stimulating discussion on the future of Ekiti State. Participants engaged in meaningful conversations around infrastructure development, economic growth, education, tourism, youth empowerment, investment opportunities, and strategic initiatives that can accelerate the states transformation agenda.

Hon. Ojo shared his vision for Ekiti as the state looks towards 2030, emphasizing the importance of collaboration between government, professionals, and the diaspora community in driving sustainable development and prosperity.

The meeting also served as an opportunity to strengthen ties between Ekiti leaders at home and abroad, reinforcing the shared commitment to creating a brighter future for present and future generations.

In a goodwill message following the visit, a newly admitted member of Ekiti Parapo UK expressed appreciation to the leadership of the association and commended Hon. Oyetunde Ojo for his inspiring engagement with members.

"His focus on infrastructure, rail connectivity, education, tourism, youth empowerment, investment, and economic development reflects a strong understanding of the opportunities ahead for Ekiti State," the member noted.

The visit concluded with a renewed commitment from both Ekiti Parapo UK and Hon. Oyetunde Ojo to continue exploring partnerships and initiatives that will contribute to the growth and development of Ekiti State.
