All About The Project
Devolution of Ekiti Parapo UK for Collaborative Engagement and Growth
The Devolution of Ekiti Parapo UK for Collaborative Engagement and Growth is an innovative initiative designed to enhance unity and deepen the involvement of Ekiti indigenes in the UK.
This project aims to create more opportunities for collaboration, community engagement, and the expansion of our collective impact.
We will improve communication via our website and mobile app, providing members with easy access to news, updates, events, and important resources. In addition, we will promote active participation on social media platforms like Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram to keep members informed and connected.
Through regular newsletters -monthly or quarterly, we will showcase our accomplishments, announce upcoming events, and highlight collaboration opportunities.
We will also encourage branches to host virtual or in-person town hall meetings where members can share ideas, discuss projects, and propose initiatives that benefit both our local communities in the UK and Ekiti State.
The devolution process will support the organization of charity events, fundraising campaigns, volunteer activities, and partnerships with local organizations in both the UK and Ekiti State, allowing us to give back to the community in meaningful ways. Additionally, we will develop a clear, long-term strategy that sets specific goals, such as increasing membership, expanding networks, and initiating impactful projects in Ekiti State.
As part of our commitment to preserving and promoting Ekiti culture, we will organize events across various branches of our organization in the UK. These cultural celebrations—featuring Ekiti traditions, music, dance, and cuisine—will foster a strong sense of identity and pride within our community.
